Product update #4 from Edvinas
Here at Edgeless we follow our motto — Win Like Never Before. So that explains why some of you might have noticed that we've recently released a bunch of promotion packages that we had been working on for a month or so, including one of the most generous welcome packages in the industry, and a no deposit bonus to attract new players and increase brand awareness. Also, the improved Jackpot incentivizes users to invite friends and receive free chests. Such new additions have become a massive milestone for the Edgeless team.
As always, we'll continue to keep pushing forward, which is what this update is all about. But first, let's look at the numbers in April and since the release of the new promotions:
- 785,045 bets made
- 61,925,185 EDG wagered
- 6444 active players this month
- 4228 active players last week alone
All the numbers are record breaking so far, and the team is very excited about this.
I believe that the release of the promotions shows that we're moving in the right direction with our product approach as it starts to become even more appealing to the masses. The launch of generous promotions came with a price, of course, we experienced some hacking and abuse activities, needed to hotfix some bugs, etc. But we managed to handle all of this and implemented a lot of security features such as phone verification, captcha, etc. Introducing such features was not part of the plan, but it was inevitable.
So what's next you might ask? Now, that we're pretty confident that our promotions system has passed small scale tests, we need to bring them to a broader audience. That's why we have started to develop the following features for the upcoming month or so:
- The brand new affiliate system, which will open more doors to more affiliates
- Bonus codes for different types of rewards.
I'm pretty sure, some of you are very keen to know how the game development is going. Well, there’s some good news and some bad news. Let's start with the bad news. The release of Treasure Hunt experienced a slight delay, and as a result, we expect to release it next month. All Edgeless’ energy was directed towards supporting the marketing plans outlined above, which is the reason for the delay. Now onto the good news. The team hasn’t forgotten its promise to develop at least 4 new games. We're working on two new game concepts that we expect to start developing right after Treasure Hunt’s release.
Here's a sneak peek for you:
I'm personally very excited and proud of what such a small team can sometimes accomplish in such a short period of time. And this is only the beginning!
