Let’s see what the team has achieved in September and where we are at with upcoming plans.
September in numbers
Gambling numbers for September:
Wagered (Total): 53,057,643.57 EDG (33,201,517 EDG in August)
Edgeless had between 20 - 25 players per day. This number decreased slightly compared with August’s numbers (25 - 30). Similar casinos — licensed operators, powered by the Ethereum blockchain and offering a betting service with a KYC procedure — have between 10 and 17 players per day.

Changes made to boost casino player numbers and engagement:
Edgeless has introduced a new Welcome Pack to the market, which now gives up to 0.3 BTC in bonus money as a newcomer's gift.
As the team mentioned in earlier posts, the first version of the Welcome Pack was one of the most anticipated marketing tools, expected to help gain more users. Unfortunately, the majority of new players were bonus hunters and bonus abusers, betting mostly with multiple accounts. This was the very reason why Edgeless decided to improve the Welcome Pack.

The team started to improve the casinos UI/UX
First of all, a better currency display was introduced. Why this update? Most people are not familiar with cryptocurrency concepts. It remains clear that there is a huge ‘service knowledge’ gap between the crypto-betting user and the regular-betting user. Edgeless has started to close this gap by offering a better currency display.
The team also updated the main casino header. Now information is displayed more clearly.
The new game
One of the most noticeable updates this month was the release of the new game Casino War. Casino War is the 11th Edgeless game. All games are developed by the team and have one goal in common — to be easy to play. Check it out.
Welcome Pack Promo
The team will actively promote the new Welcome Pack. Edgeless expects the new bonus system to deliver what it’s designed to — increased incentivization for new visitors/players to try the casino.
New USP, product-market fit
Edgeless will test a few new additional USP hypotheses. Why? As it was written in a recent monthly update, the online betting industry has thousands of service providers. Every service provider competes by offering something unique that competitors don’t have. Currently Edgeless offers the following unique features to attract players:
- 0% house edge games
- Extra transparency using blockchain
- Cryptocurrency betting
- Esport betting
After running several marketing campaigns, it’s clear that a few of Edgeless USP are a ‘weak’ feature to offer. Edgeless needs to find a better USP.
A new game is coming
The team is developing a new game - slots Under The-Aegis. This game will be slightly different from previous Edgeless games. Under The-Aegis will be more entertaining and engaging.
Staking as a marketing channel
As previously mentioned, Edgeless is trapped in a super tiny/almost non-existing crypto-betting market niche without any strong USP. The total marketing output is 100 registrations per month.
Staking has the potential to be one of the key marketing tools that can help to gain new users. Edgeless is still running marketing campaigns to test if this hypothesis is possible.
